The Code Diagnosis from the land development code rewrite initiative CodeNEXT was released on May 6, 2014. The report summarizes major issues identified by city staff, the public and the CodeNEXT team. One of the top issues cited in the report is a “Lack of Housing Affordability.” Review the report and provide feedback on the Speak Up website before June 30, 2014.
