Around Thanksgiving of 2016, Foundation Communities plans to fill Lakeline Station Apartments with 128 families. The $26 million affordable complex located at highways 620 and 183 was funded in part by nearly $3 million from the City of Austin’s 2013 affordable housing bonds.
